Now in a much cheaper version. The stupid man's Leonard Cohen rails against women & writes odd & bitter songs that were probably meant to be poignant reminiscences upon the breakup of his marriage. JW recorded all the instruments himself, including the fuzz squall & chipmunk voice impressions, in his shitty Philly apartment & then pretended to be a whole band (lead guitarist's name 'Callust Likfinker') on the album cover. A good companion record to the Marvin Gaye divorce album, methinks.
