The band is just beginning to break into camps, with arrangements tending to favor one leader. The inclusion of girlfriends Licorice and Rose on percussion & whatnot was still a recent development. You could easily argue that this is what eventually ruined the band, but it certainly hasn't yet. Robin Williamson's incredible voice, trebly & trembling, edges everything else out of the way frequently here, and it's certainly not a bad idea to give him so much space to sing.
