Ridiculous Dutch beat band that began playing odd English-as-a-second-language apings of Greenwich Village folk songs, but then unpredictably morphed into an overtly pro-drugs band with faux sitar moves, organ, phasing, & the works. These mostly unreleased live cuts lean to the early side a bit & have a little more acoustic guitar, but there's still plenty of lotus loving later on. Tracklisting: Roll the Cotton Down, The Beer Hall Song, Rock My Soul, Kicks and Chicks, Mari-Juana, Bezedrine Bassplayer, Mari-Juana, The Struggle for Ice Cold Milk of Benzi the Bassplayer, The Singer Was Stoned, The Singer Was Stoned, Lotus Love, When You Tell It Tell It Well, Watch What Happens.
