After their gorgeous 1st album, Telegraph Avenue morphed into Tarkus (and played heavy Zeppelin-influenced prog). They reformed just before a military dictaorship came along & squished the rock scene flat, managing to squeeze out a 2nd album & play several shows with their team of 12 hong kong ninjas as security (really- look it up). The sun-out-from-the-clouds harmonies are by this time a bit less gentle, influenced by Wings & the Band. And the slower ballads are peppered by hard rock that owes a lot to Grand Funk. Tracklisting: Rock Del Marigon, Enna, Tookie Tookie, Forget It, Rockin Rock, Cuky, Crippled Joe, Friends, If the Sun Refuses to Shine.
