Bill Orcutt's answer to 'Metal Machine Music', an hour long time-stretch of a one second recording of Adris Hoyos screaming. Time-stretching was newly available widely & on the cheap in '98, as everyone was buying their first or second personal computer. So the release seemed like a project that would sound too much like it's process, and was also badly distributed, making it sink like a stone. 15 years later no one gives a shit about time-stretching, and so this one's far easier to appreciate as a thin, slowly-changing drone with some light digital clicks thrown in. Liner notes by Alan Licht make an excellent case for it without being too pretentious.
