Very obscure Hazlewood record made after he moved to Sweden, and the soundtrack to a film that documented a jolly bromance between Hazlewood & director Torbjorn Axleman. They hung out on a small island together for a while, making videos of Lee's old songs & vacationing. The album is mostly a rework of Hazlewood's previous songs. 'The Nights' is lifted straight from a 69 album 'Hazlewoodism', and most of the orchestrations recall the Billy Strange arrangements of the Nancy & Lee years. 'Absent Friends' is an instrumental that stands way out however, a sweet string arrangement that suddenly shifts into a dissonant tangle of percussion & piano & synthesizers. Tracklisting: Souls Island, A House Safe For Tigers, Our Little Boy Blue, Absent Friends, Sand Hill Anna and the Russian Mouse, Lars Gunnar and Me, Souls Island, Las Vegas, The Nights, A House Safe For Tigers
