This one's best known because 'Nancy Sings' is the first appearance by an outside vocalist. Nancy's sister Pat also turns up on the next track. I like to recommend 'Chair' as a starter into the Jandek catalog. The different singers & dips into electricity give you some variety, but there's still enough yowling broken-blues and tortured poetry dementia for those with a big appetite. And that's an appetite Jandek feeds like nobody else.
