Aka 'Nuits de la Fondation Maeght Vol. 2'. Last concert, and throughout the 70s & 80s it was reviled because of the involvement of singer Mary Maria Parks. She's kinda the avant garde's answer to Yoko Ono, in that she got Ayler doing stuff that incorporated straight gospel, helping with lyrics, claimed to help produce his last album, etc. She's only on one track, she can sing just fine, and the idea that you could go back & forth between fake 'Love Supreme' soul & free jazz isn't nearly as scary as it used to be. That said, it is a bit floppy, as Ayler records go, so no place to start. Call Cobbs, Steve Tintweiss. Tracklisting: Truth Is Marching In, Universal Message, Spiritual Reunion, Music is the Healing Force of the Universe.
