The promise of the BUFMS box set reaches it's sweetest apex yet with this absurd little performance of few instruments and abundant shenanigans. Band taped a bunch of garbage to themselves, drug a huge pole into the room with a contact mic or two on it, and proceeded to mumble, pause, bong out, pretend to meditate, and make swallowing noises before a small crowd. Somehow, by the time they break into anything like a recognizable tune, the audience loves them! A few highly amusing covers too: Francis Lai, Beatles, Tokens. Seymour Glass' band (Bananafish, Glands of External Secretion) from Chico, CA with the two girls from Vomit Launch. Live at a student cafeteria's open mic night, amidst a bunch of Christian James Taylor fans. Originally a cassette. Tracklisting: The Fatness, My Down Booties Were Eaten By Pat's Dog, Theme From a Man and a Woman, Destroy Farmer, Why Don't We Do It In the Road, Spontaneous Human Combustion, Weeba Wob, Mermaid Freakout, Phallagogia Priapi.
