Two sets of people in the Phillippines have magical powers. One group is impervious to bullets and machete cuts, and they use their powers for good and make cross-shaped installations out of candles. The other group wears capes and makes people's heads spin around backwards. There are also exploding people, slap-fights with snakes, paper mache rocks that rival those used in 'Turkish Star Wars', children who can control the weather, time-travel and inter-body travel at the same time (which makes for a pretty confusing plot), a guy who harms people by crossing his eye at them until they fall over, and undressed teen girls in cages. Wonderfully bad dubbing which causes the hero's name (Lando) to be spoken about once every 20 seconds, so this is a really good movie for drinking games.
