That's right, 50 minutes of whumping, throbbing, vibrating, palpitations made by the medical industry's favorite expensive toy, currently starring in every doctor show on tv. MRIs turn on powerful magnets which ionize the water molecules in your body. They take cross section pictures of your insides as the molecules in different body tissues react faster or slower to the ionization. The magnetic coils used in the machine literally grow & shrink during the scan, causing clicks and buzzes that can be as loud as 130db (that's airplane engine loud). Sometimes the frequencies even play a chord, and there are spots here that could easily serve as the bottom end of a casiopop song. Bet the Flying Lizards would've loved to have one as their bass player. Tracklisting: Don't Be Afraid, Whole Brain Scan.
