A compilation of three different molam artists, one of whom is a gentleman. Overall quite a bit darker, funkier and more electric/minor key than the other two tapes scored recently. As is typical, there are about 50 alternate spellings for each artist (Sunthorn Chairun Ruang, Soonton Chairoogruen, Sun-Ton, Maneerat Kaewsadej were some of the more common ones). Most of what I found out was that Sunthon (the fella) was known for updating his sound to get younger folks interested, specifically by adding trap drums. At least one person in Thailand has also written a college thesis about his Klong Lam lyrics, which I vaguely estimate to be a collection of short one-liners that're meant to finger-wag at the audience. I'm also told that the tape's printed tracklisting isn't quite right (by the inestimable Peter Doolan from Monrakplengthai, who was, as usual, quite generous in helping out when I asked him what this was). The following oughta be correct though. Tracklisting: Manirat Kaeosadet & Sunthon Chairungrueang-Toei Bam, Sunthon Chairungrueang-Toei Tham Khao, Manirat Kaeosadet-Toei Choen Chong, Sunthon Chairungrueang-Kho Bam, Manirat Kaeosadet-Choen Bam, Manirat Kaeosadet-Kieow Bao Kae, Manirat Kaeosadet-Kieow Chu Phoen, Sunthon Chairungrueang-Lam Phloen Sadudi Maharacha, Thongluean Sikhamwiang-Lam Klon Lai Chok Chang, Thongluean Sikhamwiang-Lam Phloen Luk Thung, Thongluean Sikhamwiang-Lam Sing Phy Chai, Thongluean Sikhamwiang-Lam Long Uai Phon Thahan ASDCD, Thongluean Sikhamwiang-Lam Kieow Thahan, Thongluean Sikhamwiang-Lam Chao Phap Thiang Kan, Thongluean Sikhamwiang-Kon Tham Bun, Sunthon Chairungrueang-Bo Ti Kha Lai, Manirat Kaeosadet-Ya Ti Kha Lai, Sunthon Chairungrueang-Lam Long Sat Lok Wun Sai, Phettawan Khwanisan-Bo Luem Chaiyaphum.
