Pre-Flower Travellin Band isn't quite as heavy (& not GS either, leading some people to say it sounds West Coast- don't believe it), but does have some decent covers of Hendrix, Cream, & Airplane. Apparently, when he formed this band, Yuya played Andy Warhol/Malcolm McLaren & thought he was making a Jap version of Janis Joplin. Terrible idea, but it works okay & the cover photo is priceless. Always wanted to know what's so neat about whatever's inside that issue of Look magazine he's holding. Tracklisting: Combination of the Two, Intruder, Summertime, I'm So Glad, Greasy Heart, Hey Joe, White Room, Hidariashi No Otoko, Piece of My Heart, Stone Free, Y Uchida & the Flowers.
